Description of Issue
  • No GL Year access permission results in vague error and closes program when searching in Account Inquiry.
  • Account Inquiry is missing columns for some or all years
  • Error: Program stopped at ‘glactinq.4gl’, line number 3309.
    FORMS statement error number -1320.
    A function has not returned the correct number of values expected.

Cause

GL Role Permissions are not granted for GL Year access

Resolution

The error does not occur in versions 2024.1 and higher, account inquiry will display just show no year columns

Work around: Grant Role permissions for General Legder for the Current year, prior year, or next year under their role.
