Milestone alert not generating email or dashboard tile

Alerts

To create notification the report option must be unchecked.

System Administration > Alert Administration > Alert Generation

1. Click Define
2. Choose when to Execute alert generation
3.  Choose the Past due threshold
4. If the Print a report of alerts to be generated instead of generating the alerts is checked then uncheck
5. Choose whether to Purge history alerts delivered more than XXX days ago.
6. Click Accept
7. Click Execute
