Description of Issue

Permit event notifications are setup but the recipient did not receive an email when the event occured.

  • Emailing is not setup correctly in Enterprise ERP
  • There is a problem with the users email settings
  • An error is occuring when the even
Resolution
  1. Send a test email to confirm emailing is setup correctly in Enterprise ERP: How To Send Test Email Through Munis
    1. If an error occurs, contact Tyler Systems Management Support
    2. If the email sends successfully, continue to step 2
  2. Check the email message log to determine if an error occurred while sending the notification email: Check Status of Event Notification Email
