Cause
- Emailing is not setup correctly in Enterprise ERP
- There is a problem with the users email settings
- An error is occuring when the even
Resolution
- Send a test email to confirm emailing is setup correctly in Enterprise ERP: How To Send Test Email Through Munis
- If an error occurs, contact Tyler Systems Management Support
- If the email sends successfully, continue to step 2
- Check the email message log to determine if an error occurred while sending the notification email: Check Status of Event Notification Email
