Document links not displaying in email notification

Description of Issue
  • Document links not displaying in email notifications
  • URL hyperlink missing for scheduled output of reports in user email
Context
  • Munis Systems
  • Role Permissions
Cause
  • Munis system role permission "Allowed to include document links in Scheduler notifications" in Munis System permissions is not selected on at least one role assigned to user
  • Only PDF documents can be used for links TXT documents do not
  • Scheduled job upon completion was not setup with option "When job completes, include document links"
Resolution
  1. Browse Munis > System Administration > Security > User Attributes
  2. Search
  3. Enter 'User ID'
  4. Accept
  5. Select needed Role
  6. Edit Role
  7. Module tab
  8. Choose Munis System under the General section
  9. Update
  10. Select Allowed to include document links in Scheduler notifications
  11. Accept
  12. Please attempt the process again to trigger email and confirm if link is included
  13. If issues still remain and information in Additional Information below does not help contact the Support team who owns module process is being run for
