Description of Issue
Abatement certificates show an abated amount that reflects double the CPA portion of the abatement.

Cause
The abated amount is incorrectly pulling in the CPA abatement twice which distorts the calculation of the new amount field as well.
Resolution
This has been resolved in 2021.9 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
