Timesheet Entry Removed Overtime Pay Code After Selecting Save
Description of Issue
When employees are trying to add the Overtime pay code on their timesheet they can enter the time but as soon as they click save the whole line disappears.

Cause
The Overtime code was set to Hours Request. If the Overtime code is marked as an hours request, it goes back to pending and is awaiting approval.
Resolution
To resolve this uncheck Hours Request on the Pay Code settings
Select System AdminÂ
Select Master File ManagementÂ
Select Pay CodesÂ
Select the pencil for the pay code in questionÂ
Uncheck Show on hours request
Select Save
Additional Information
In the more recent versions (2023.3.0 and up) this does not apply as these versions approve and apply the Overtime.Â
