Work ticket MUN-484817 has been created to address this issue. Please load the corrective code when it becomes available.

As a workaround, the Flexible Period Report can be used to report on specific period ranges, or the YTD Budget report can be run for period 13 for all posted entries, or 99 for all posted and unposted items.
