Description of Issue

Employees that all submitted leave requests from mobile devices now have duplicate leave requests. It duplicated them 3 times each.

Cause

System Defect 

Resolution

Install applicable version once ticket is completed:

TIME-580

There is no resolved version listed at this time. The workaround is to load 100 pages, and delete the person in question.
