Time Off And Hours Requests Multiplying Upon Approval

The time-off requests are multiplying upon approval, how can this be corrected.

This occurs when multiple primary approvers are configured with the same criteria (Location, Department/Divison or Employee) but then are also each others secondary. This behavior was reported to development under XTSP-1552 and fixed in ExecuTime 2021.3.2.

To prevent the requests from multiplying upon approval:

Please reach out to support or your IC/PM in order to have your ExecuTime application upgraded.

Update the Workflow Profiles so that the Primary Approvers are no longer marked as a Secondary for the supervisors they share criteria with.
