Unable to load workflow forwarding

Description of Issue

On the Employee Access landing screen, the workflow forwarding area is showing the error message: Unable to load workflow forwarding

Context

Cause

The employee is missing their Employee Number in User Attributes.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the User Attributes program in the menu. 
    • System Administration > Security > User Attributes
  2. Click Search and locate the employee having the error.
  3. Update the Munis employee no.
