Serious Errors in output report for calculate Charges. When metered services are pulled into the bill run with no read code the based on other services are not calculating charge amounts.

UB CIS 

Utility Billing 

MUN-484582 to require that the Read Code is not blank before updating date/read information.

Current work around is to manually update the read code in Current Read/ Consumption.
