How do I issue a rebate or credit to all water customers to reimburse them?

Cause


Resolution

The client will need to create a file to import into Munis using one of the layouts offered for the Import Miscellaneous Charges program (Link provided to layouts below)

Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Interfaces > Import Miscellaneous Charges

The Import Miscellaneous Charges program allows you to import miscellaneous charges.

UB Interface Layouts

To Import:  

  1. Click Define.

  2. Complete the fields, as required, to define the import file and options.

  3. Click Accept.

  4. Click Generate to process the import.

  5. Click Preview, PDF, Print, or Text File to create a report of any import errors.

  6. Click Misc Charge to open the Miscellaneous Charges program to view the imported charges.
