Class Not Appearing in Sign-In List

Description of Issue

We use Sign-In to take attendance for our Classes. When a registrant signs in or scans their card, no classes appear. Or some classes appear in the Classes tile, but not the one we need.

Cause

The Class is not scheduled to meet on the day of Sign In. 

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Parks & Rec > Class > Search

  2. Edit the Class being signed into. 

  3. Collapse All

  4. Expand Schedule

  5. Ensure Class is meeting for the date and time of Sign In. Add Single Date or Recurring Dates as needed. 

  6. Save. 

Additional Information

If you don't see the Class tile after Signing in:

  1. Navigate to Administration > System Setup > System Settings. 

  2. Collapse All

  3. Expand Sign In Settings. 

  4. Enable Allow Class Attendance Tracking. 

  5. Save.Â
