Deploy No Deployment Targets Found for Tyler Product

Attempting to deploy update/upgrade for a product shows an error message "No deployment targets found. Please install a tentacle on the server. If a tentacle is installed, please make sure the server is configured with at least one roles and the environment." Error message populates even though the site has the tentacle installed on server.

Ex: No deployment targets found for Tyler Content Manager. Please install a tentacle on the Tyler Content Manager server. If a tentacle is installed, please make sure the server is configured with at least one of Tyler Content Manager's roles and the Impl environment.

Specific environment is missing within Deploy's Infrastructure management setting for the product client is attempting to upgrade.
