Tax Sale Doubling Penalty

• When running Properties Eligible for Sale Report for Tax Sale and the option Include Cat 20 Penalty is selected, penalty is being included into the Sale Amount twice.

• Show Bills in Liens displays a line for penalty and factor the penalty into the Unpaid balance as well.

• Error occurring when trying to run Create Lockbox file, Sale amount doesn’t match bill payments(s).

Error only occurs when penalty on-the-fly is used for MD Tax.

This has been resolved in 2021.9 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
