Description of Issue

When switching to Thinprint (VPNless) with SaaS DocOrigin printing is taking much longer to printer than using Datacenter printer

Cause

Due to software changes creating multiple file print files while using Thinprint is causing slow printing.

Resolution

Please create a case with Tyler Forms support to update the DocOrigin processing files to correct this issue.
