Description of Issue

How to run Aging Report by AR Fund Summary 

Context

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Business License

  • General Billing 

  • Permits

  • Property Tax

  • Utility Billing 

Cause

An Aging report of with AR Fund Summary is needed.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Aging Report by Searching or following the path: Property Revenue or General Revenue> Accounts Receivable > Inquiries & Reports > Aging Report

  2.  Click Define. 

  3. Fill out the Selection Criteria as needed using the field descriptions found in the Help menu (accessed by clicking the question mark icon and then Help when the define screen is not active). 

  4. Click AR Fund Summary

  5. Click Accept

  6. Click Output 

  7. Chose your output method from the Toolbar (Save, PDF, Display, Print)
