TPAR - League Team Class Not Appearing in Registration

Description of Issue

  • Someone is trying to sign up their team, but it does not appear as an option when registering.

  • Class was set to League Individuals, which appeared in Class Registration. It was switched to League Teams, and now it's gone.

Cause

Classes set to League Teams must have a meeting date scheduled before appearing as an option for registration.



Resolution

  1. Navigate to Parks & Rec > Class > Search.

  2. Edit the League Team Class.

  3. Click Collapse All.

  4. Expand Schedule.

  5. Option 1: Add a single date for the class to meet.

  6. Option 2: Add recurring dates for the class to meet for the span of the Start and End date in Setup.

  7. Save.



Additional Information

Note that upon registration, 'Coach' does not appear as an option for League Teams. This is because the team is signed up all at once, so it is implied that the one paying for the registration is the coach or captain of the team.
