Reschedule a Rental Registration

Description of Issue
  • Rental Registration needs to be moved to a new date.
  • Change the time on a rental.

Cause


Resolution
  1. Navigate to Parks & Rec > Rental Registration > Search.
  2. Search for the registration you would like to move.
  3. Click the trashcan icon.
  4. Ensure Cancel Rental? is selected.
  5. Choose Transfer as the refund type.
  6. System will redirect to Rental Registration > Create. Choose the new date/time/location.
  7. Process the entire transaction. TPAR will apply the funds from the previous rental to this new one.
Additional Information

If you do not know the date of the new Rental, perform steps 1-4, but choose Account Credit as the refund type.
