DIA Condition - People - Applicants with Duplicate SSN

Cause

Site does not allow for applicants with duplicate SSN's.

Same SSN is defined on two separate Applicant Master records.

Resolution
  1. Browse to Munis > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Settings
  2. Click Update and flag the setting Allow Applicants with Duplicate SSN's
  3. Click Accept
