Description of Issue
When copying an Employee Expense Claim that has more than 1 Per Diem Expense, the following error is received:
Unknown error 2471 in display_perdiem_details during display: -284 -284 [ISAM -1]
Additional information concerning a status error of -284:
A subquery has returned not exactly one row.
