NHRS Pay Period Maintenance will not let me Add a record with the same Batch Number and Pay Period ID

I thought Pay Period ID had to be the same for every Pay Date in the reporting month but NHRS Pay Period Maintenance doesn't allow it.

NHRS doesn't regulate Pay Period ID values, but they do allow it to be the same value for every Pay Date.  It's an employer defined value.

Install (master) work ticket MUN-458430 when available. 

Work Around: 
Use a unique Pay Period ID value for testing.
