Deleting Budget Transfers and Amendments - wfactpe3 error

Description of Issue

When deleting a Budget Transfer/Amendment in Pending Approval workflow status but no approvers listed getting an error- Munis (bgamdent) wfactpe3 - An attempt has been made to cancel a workflow, however no keyval information has been passed. Please contact software support.

Budget Transfers/Amendments



Cause

This error occurs when the pending actions are missing from the entry.



Resolution

To delete the entry:

  1. Financials > Budget Processing > Budget Transfers and Amendments

  2. Browse 

    1. Select Browse Own Journals if you entered the journal

    2. Select Browse All Journals if another user entered the journal

    3. Select Browse by Clerk if another user entered it and you want to see just their entries

  3. Double click the entry to be deleted from the browse list to open it

  4. Select the Lines skittle

  5. Select Yes to confirm restarting workflow

  6. Update

  7. Change the amount on 1-2 lines and save to retrigger workflow

  8. Delete
