When Updating Time Entry or Employee Pending Time Entry Second set of Hours Entry From and To fields Incorrectly Change



Description of Issue

When keying in Hours Entry in Employee Pending Time Entry or Updating a record in Time Entry, the second set of From and To time is changing and miscalculating the Quantity. 

When updating a record in Employee Pending Time Entry to make a change to the GL account, once saved the second set of hours entry is changing causing the quantity to be incorrect.
