Delete a Purchase Order line from a Posted Purchase Order

Trying to delete a Purchase order line in the Purchase Order Change Orders program, bit it's not working. a message is received: At least one allocation line is required

Once a PO is posted, lines cannot be deleted from the Purchase Order. Instead, a user should Cancel the Purchase Order line

The Canc PO Line option is located on the PO Line Items screen in the Ribbon.

If the option to Canc PO Line is not available, this is usually because there is a PO Change Order that needs to be posted for the PO or the user does not have the Purchase Order Roles data access permission granted. See: Cancel PO Line Missing in Purchase Order Change Orders
