Cause

In the Dept/Loc field we were missing the ending value's of zzzzz the rest of the ending field columns contained. Instead we had Dept/Loc 0 to 0 which produced no results. This goes for all fields in this report. They must either have a value, or end in Z.

Resolution

Add ending z values to Dept/Loc field
