• Not all open contracts flagged To Be Rolled have been rolled
• Not all open contracts flagged To Be Rolled have been prepped for YEC
• Some contracts are only partially rolled

To find contracts needing to be rolled:

In Print Contracts, run the report by:

• Report type: Rolled
• Fiscal Year: leave blank to capture all (ignoring next year contracts)
• Rolled Status: UNPREPARED FOR YEAR END

To Roll Contracts found in report:

In Contract Change Orders:

1. Search
2. Check off To Be Rolled
3. Accept
4. Select the Roll to NY option
5. Select the Prep for YEC option
