How was I able to receive on a closed PO?
Context
Cause
- Munis functionality
- This is for several reasons, one being if you need to return something received
- Receiving program cares about what is available to receive, not the status of the Purchase Order
Resolution
No steps need to be taken
Additional Information
One way to stop receiving, is to update the last receiving record to have the Close PO checked off. With this checked off, receiving is closed.
