Cause

Default printer can be configured in Accounts Receivable User Attributes.



Resolution

The Printer must be updated in the AR User Attributes

  1. Navigate to General Revenue > Accounts Receivable > setup > Accounts Receivable User Attributes.

  2. Click Search and enter the relevant user information.

  3. Click Accept.

  4. Click Update

  5. Change or add printer in the Default Printer field. Use the help to browse a list of available printers.

  6. Click Accept

Users will now see this printer defaulted anywhere in system where they don't print receipts.
