Cause
Default printer can be configured in Accounts Receivable User Attributes.
Resolution
The Printer must be updated in the AR User Attributes
Navigate to General Revenue > Accounts Receivable > setup > Accounts Receivable User Attributes.
Click Search and enter the relevant user information.
Click Accept.
Click Update
Change or add printer in the Default Printer field. Use the help to browse a list of available printers.
Click Accept
Users will now see this printer defaulted anywhere in system where they don't print receipts.
