Requisition year and period on Contract Main tab

When entering a Contract in Contract Entry, is there a way to fill out the Requisition number, year and period field? Or link a Requisition to that field?

On a Contract, a Requisition number, year and period is populated on the Main tab when a Requisition converted into a Contract (similar to a PO). But any Requisition linked to a Contract separately will show up within the Requisition Hyperlink.
