Bill Inquiry showing ACT adjustments in history

Adjustments that reflect the actual tax billing amounts are showing up in Bill Inquiry under the history tab.

A new adjustment type, ACT, was created to help differentiate between preliminary tax billing and actual tax billing. The ACT adjustment, like an ORG adjustments created during preliminary taxes, should be hidden from view.

Development is researching the issue. There is no workaround.
