Long account number does not display all segments



Description of Issue

User cannot see all of the segments that make up the full long account number

Incorrect account structure is seen across multiple programs

Cause




Resolution
  • Please contact Enterprise ERP General Ledger Support for assistance. Please have a non-Production refreshed for Support to test the utility in.

  • A backup of the database will need to be taken prior to Support making any changes in the Production environment.

  • All users need to be logged out of Munis entirely prior to the correction being processed in Prod.
