Activate the Benefit Import Job

Description of Issue

How can I activate the benefit integration job?



Context

  • Executime

  • Time & Attendance



Cause

The benefit integration job needs to be active in order for their benefit balances to be correct.



Resolution

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Scheduled System Jobs

  3. Make sure that the "Active Only" box isn't checked

  4. Find Benefit Import → select the pencil icon

  5. Check the "Active" box

  6. Select Save

This process is the same for any job under the Scheduled System Jobs tab.
