Description of Issue

Do not see an option in Settings to Apply Credits by Group. Will only see Account or Service.

Cause

Site does not have Apply Credits by Group selected in UB Settings. 



Resolution

Update UB settings to apply credits by group, this can be done using the following steps

  1. Tyler Menu > Property Revenues> Utility Billing > Setup > Settings

  2. Update

  3. Site Options 1 tab

  4. In Processing section change Apply Credits by to Group

  5. Accept
