Resolution

The Account Merge program will accept two different Excel import templates. Users should utilize the template that corresponds with their account entry method. The completed import file may then be imported at:

Enterprise ERP > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set Up/Chart of Accounts > Account Merge

Users may then import the file in Account Merge by clicking Mass Account Merge Import button in the top ribbon of the program, then either selecting or dragging the import file into the drop window

If the user's account entry method is Org Object Project, the required columns in the import file are:

Original Org
Original Object
Original Project
Target Org
Target Object
Target Project

If the user's account entry method is Long Account, the required columns in the import file are:

Original Account
Target Account
