User is trying to transfer credit to a Bill in a with a different UB Category

Context

  • Apply credits/deposits

  • UBCIS 

Cause

Instructional 

Resolution

User will need to have the Select and apply across all UB categories field checked off in the Apply credits/deposits define. In order to have a credit move between different UB Category bills.
