Employee Seniority Calc Service is calculating years but not years and days

When using the Calc Service option, with Grant Full Year's Only unchecked, the system is updating only in years and not counting both years and days.

In Employee Seniority, the Calc Service option calculates days for an employee employed for less than one year, and years for an employee employed for one year or more. It will not calculate years and days for employees with more than one year of service.
