Values missing from the Munis.Applicant.DocumentSource Lookup table in Content Manager

1. Log into the CM Full client with admin an ID that has admin level access
   How to Access and Launch the TCM Full Client
2. Administration > Lookups > select the Munis.Applicant.DocumentSource Id and make sure there are four entries:
   MASTER
   PENDING
   MASTER_SECURE
   PENDING_SECURE
3. Add any that are missing
