Description of Issue

  • Receive an Unexpected Error in Field Work when loading a work order 

  • The system log shows an error on GetUserSettings 

  • F12 Debug Console shows an error: An error occurred while loading user settings.

Cause

Defect 

Resolution

Install MUN-403678 once it's been released

Workaround: Refresh the page to clear the Unexpected Error in Field Work
