Nothing is being calculated when we're running the generate

Cause
Submission Number field was defined incorrectly
Resolution
RP20 records are only evaluated during the Generate if the Submission Number on the Period Record falls within range defined in the Submission Number field.
To include all RP20s for a given reporting month/year, leave the fields blank
To include RP20s with a specific submission number, define those numbers in the Submission Number field
