Installing A Bomgar Jump Client On A Munis Server

On-Premises clients, who have a contract with Tyler System Management, have the option to have a Bomgar Jump Client installed on their ERP server(s). Installing the Jump Client on the server(s) allows Tyler technical support staff, who have the authentication and approval to do so, to access the client servers remotely on an unattended session. Having a Bomgar Jump Client installed allows technical support to access the necessary ERP servers faster to start troubleshooting an issue, rather than needing to get a connection from someone at the site.
