Advanced Schedule not unpublishing

Client reported that when they clicked the unpublish icon on a schedule the screen would refresh but would not unpublish the schedule

• Time & Attendance

• Advanced Scheduling

The issue was the setting Prevent Schedule Publishing/Unpublishing from adding/removing Past shifts (prior to today) was enable in the UI Environment Flags

1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access

2. Click System Admin

3. Click UI Environment Flag

4. Click Time Processing

5. Uncheck Prevent Schedule Publishing/Unpublishing from adding/removing Past shifts (prior to today)

6. Click Prevent Schedule Publishing/Unpublishing from adding/removing Past shifts (prior to today)

7. Click Save
