How to resolve error received in Fuel Import Preprocessing Integration program:  Asset type requires servicing department to validate fuel type location combination

Cause

Fuel information was not configured on asset type

Resolution

In Asset Types, pull up the asset type with the error, click Fuel, and populate the information on that page

Additional Information

  • Install MUN-490378 once it's been released to improve the error message by mentioning the need to use the Fuel option in Asset Types
