Description of Issue

Contact us section has the wrong phone number

Context

  • CSS Citizen Self Service

  • Parking Ticket 

Cause

Resolution

  1. Login to CSS with admin account

    1. If you don't have one please reach out to TSM Saas for further assistance in the Support Portal.  

  2. Navigate to Administration > Citizen Administration > Parking Tickets Administration 

  3. Update the phone number under the Contact Telephone section  

  4. Select Update
