Description of Issue

The ESS Account Settings report displays a last successful login date of 05.26.2013 against a user who was hired on 07.01.2024.

Cause

The site's initial creation of the ESS Default User was dated 05.26.2013.

Resolution

In ESS, the Account Settings report is initially populated with a default date based on the initial creation of the ESS Default User. This default date is required because the ESS Default User cannot be created with a NULL date. It is applied to all user accounts and it may lead to some inaccuracies in the audit displayed on this screen, however, it poses no harm since it is merely a default setting.
