Description of Issue
When user tries to update account's default read sequence and it does not save the change.

Cause
The default read sequence has a value of NULL in the database and it does not allow the field to be updated.
Resolution
If users try to update the default read sequence in the Accounts program and that field does not update. Contact Utility Billing Support.
