How to retrieve an Exception Log from CSS

• Support has requested the the exception log be uploaded. Need to know how to retrieve this file from CSS.

• An error in CSS directs points to an exception log that needs to be reviewed.

In order to access the Exception Log in CSS, you will need to be an administrator in CSS.

1. Navigate in CSS to Home > Administration > General Administration > Exceptions

2. Click Download for the file you wish to retrieve.
