Description of Issue

When in Payroll Earnings and Deduction the Jump button and Jump hotkey is producing the following error:

No data available. The "Search" option was not used or it returned no data.

Context

  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Payroll Earnings and Deductions

Cause

No data has been actively searched on in Payroll Earnings and Deductions.

Resolution

  1. Hit Search and Accept to pull in the Active Data set.

  2. Click Jump to move to specific employee.
