Cannot PDF all Time Entry records in the Batch

Not receiving all the Time Entry records in the batch when selecting the PDF option.

• Enterprise ERP

• Payroll Processing

• Time Entry

The 'Dates outside payroll' check box was checked off. 

1. In Time Entry (Payroll> Payroll Processing> Time Entry Processing> Time Entry) pull up all the batches that need to be included.

2. Click the PDF icon in the top ribbon.

3. The Time Entry Report Options screen will open, uncheck the 'Dates Outside Payroll' check box. 

4. Run the report again. 

When having the 'Dates outside Payroll' option checked off, this is going to include records that report outside of the Payroll dates ONLY.
