Description of Issue

AWS SSRS reports URL Showing the error
HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error with service running
Could not connect to the server, Please check you network settings and try again later

Cause

There is a corrupt configuration file on the Reports server.

Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for assistance in the Support Portal
